The Founder

Architect Naisargi Dave Zankar, the visionary behind Equinox Design, hails from Rajkot and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from SCET, Surat. Space Design is her forte, her passion for art and creativity has driven her impressive career. She gained experience with renowned firms like Play Architecture (Bengaluru), RJBX (Mumbai), and IDO Design (Ahmedabad) before establishing Equinox Design.

A dedicated educator, she has taught at various colleges such as, Marwadi University, Rajkot and IPSA, Rajkot focusing on design and architecture. An IGBC-accredited professional, Naisargi is also a Visharad in Bharatanatyam and an avid watercolor artist. This reflects her love for art and holistic design.

Studio Equinox

Equinox Design OPC Pvt Ltd, shortly termed as EDPL is an interior-architecture design company giving end to end services with turn-key solution in space designing.

It was founded in 2014, in Rajkot, Gujarat with an aim to create timeless designs pertaining to client’s need which is an utmost concern. In these past 10 years, EDPL has completed nearly 130+ projects with over 3,00,000 SQFT of residential and commercial space design.

EQUINOX

/ ikwinoks / – noun

When day and night are equally divined in equal length of time. This occurrence is due to sun crossing the celestial equator and it happens twice in a year. During equinox, earth gets light for few more minutes than darkness which is because the sunrise happens when tip of the sun edges over the horizon/ and because the sun is a disk rather than a point source of light, earth sees just a few more minutes of extra light, rather than darkness during on EQUINOX.

Shedding an extra ray of light to the ideas, to the concepts, to the client’s aspiration and hence ascending the lifestyle. with such philosophy and belief the name EQUINOX was derived.
